Who operates Daltn

Daltn is operated by the Daltn team. Questions about your account or data can be sent to ismailpatel3290@gmail.com.

Account and workspace information

We store your verified identity, name, email address, workspace memberships and session information so you can sign in and access your work. Your workspace can contain the records, files, conversations, decisions and changes you submit. Shared conversations are visible to authorized members of that workspace; private conversations are limited to their author. A new account does not receive access to another team’s workspace.

Google sign-in and optional connections

Google sign-in uses your Google account identity, name and email. It does not give Daltn access to your mailbox or Drive. If you separately connect Gmail, Daltn can read the messages needed for email summaries, facts and follow-up workflows; sending requires the enabled send permission and an approved action. If you connect Drive, Daltn can list files and import the originals you select. Connection availability depends on Google authorization and verification.

You can disconnect an integration in Connections and revoke Google access in your Google Account. Disconnecting stops future access; originals you already imported remain in your workspace until a separate deletion request is completed.

AI and feedback

When an AI feature is available and requested, the relevant prompt and context are sent to the configured AI service. The current server adapter uses OpenAI. Ordinary team messages are saved without an AI call; asking Daltn or mentioning it can invoke an answer. AI-generated suggestions need your review before you rely on them or approve an external action.

Optional model-improvement feedback is off by default and managed in Settings → Data & privacy. Only a workspace owner or admin can enable it; eligible corrections can then be stored as redacted examples. Enterprise workspaces are excluded from shared model-training capture and export. Workspaces with connected Google services or imported mail/files are also excluded, including retained archived originals. Google data is used for the requested workspace features, not advertising or generalized model training.

Daltn’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follow the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Storage and service providers

Application data is hosted in Supabase; the application runs on Vercel. These providers process the data needed to operate their services. Authorized AI services process relevant AI requests. OAuth tokens are encrypted before database storage, and application session tokens are stored as hashes. Operators may access necessary data to resolve an authorized support request, maintain the service or investigate a security incident. We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.

Retention and your controls

Records, originals and audit history are retained to keep your work and its provenance available. Archiving hides a record from active views; it does not erase its original or audit history. Account deletion and complete workspace export/deletion currently require a support request. Contact us to request access, correction, export or deletion; we will verify your authority over the account or workspace before acting. Turning feedback off stops new eligible feedback collection; existing learning examples can be removed through the learning controls.

Cookies and updates

Daltn uses authentication cookies to keep you signed in. It does not store new conversation history in your browser. We update this notice when the data practices or providers change, and request additional authorization before accessing new Google data scopes.
